It has been early March 2023 when I wrote this article.

Daily life always passed so quickly. We were in Stamford, CT from Dec 29 to Jan 1 for the K-team Winter Junior squash tournament. After 6 months of private lessons, Emily saw her personal growth in the skill sets and mindset of playing squash. There were no medals for the girls, but I have seen Emily totally understands what she is pursuing.
What is Rating vs. Raking meant for her?
What is a good game or match for herself?
Emily and Alice also visited Gunstock Mountain Resort, NH for skiing with friends. Jolie and also visited the biggest lake in NH, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the nearby small town, Meredith.
The most exciting thing for Emily was the high school team of AB+. The SquashWest owner, head coach, and Emily worked together to make this public high school team come true. All the rosters are young and many of them also play squash for the first time. They had matches against different teams, e.g.Concord-Carlisle, Needham, Brookline, and SquashBuster, and had wounder experiences with the team. Of course, Alice is also roster of AB+.

The winter recess of 2023 came in this February very soon. Emily went to Sarosota, FL for training and Regata with coach and 9 girls. We also appreciated two parents chaperoning all girls for a whole week. The girl team, Snow Bird, won 18 medals and Emily had one silver and one bronze.

When Emily was in Fahrenheit 80+, Jolie and I were in Stamford CT for Alice's squash gold tournament. After 8 months picking up private lessons, Alice really showed her improvement in this tournament. At the end of the day, our two girls had a busy, wounderful, nd frutiful winter recess.
The first two months of 2023, we are still busy!
