Winter season coming

Busy Fall finally finished, especially for Emily. Her band will not have marching practice anymore in November. Alice is also almost at the end of soccer season. It means that both girls can start the winter season of squash.

Emily finished the Regatta season using lead raking for rowing team fundraising. By the end of the season, she got pretty good rewards for having medals of 4+ and 8+. Most importantly, she challenged herself to row alone in Charles River again for Head of Quinobequin (HOQ). Jolie and I also were thrilled to know she earned an opportunity to have winter camp training in Florida.

Alice's first medal in Squash Tournament

Alice started her journey in squash tournaments and bravely improved her skills substantially. She could pick the racket up whatever she won or lost the game.  Alice said that she would attend the tournament because her friends would be there! Jolie always tells me that Alice is a totally different kid from Emily.

It is still the starting phase of our immigration journey in the US. Jolie recently got her first job offer of Quality Assurance Technician at food company. This is really inspiring for us, especially for Emily and Alice.
